For Cribit, an AI-driven movie review app, I identified the need for a more engaging introduction to its movie recommendation service. I redesigned the app’s outdated, complex interface, simplifying it for a better user experience. By creating a streamlined and attractive onboarding process, I made it easier for users to understand and interact with the AI features.

I also led a team of three designers to refine prototypes and conduct weekly meetings, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement. The result was an intuitive interface and enhanced user engagement, validated through positive A/B testing.
